Piano Studio of Sharon Newark

I have been teaching piano lessons since 1999 and I have been playing piano my whole life. I have an A.A. in Liberal Studies and a Primary Montessori Credential. I started teaching while raising my 5 children and my studio continued to grow through word of mouth as my children grew. I now have a thriving studio and teach both daytime and after school lessons for students age 5 to adult. My studio runs around the school year with annual Spring recitals.

I believe in teaching students to be literate music students. Working towards not only feeling the music but understanding the foreign language of music notation.
